Im very conflicted on this record , I do miss some of the fun and wacky parts they have to offer , I of course miss hearing more of Jons harsh vocals but overall I think the song writing is very good and cohesive . The rhythm section is superb , I like a lot of the guitar tones and effects yet none of it really sticks with me besides some choruses .

Faux Experimentation has to be one of the worst criticisms, but i suppose its smart lately to knock things using the Faux pretense. Its so unhelpful in explaining anything and reductive as hell.
