Only got into this band a couple of months ago, but in a way it seems this is only their second "real" album, considering Dopesmoker is basically a 60-minute single & Holy Mountain is an officially-released demo tape (tho I enjoy the hell out of both.) It's more accessible than Dope, in any case. Good shit

I have no idea what to expect, never seen them before, but a friend just caught their show 3 days ago and said they were better than expected and that the lead guitar really shines live. Stoked.

Update: ya they're sick
Packed show, maybe the friendliest I've had in years for a metal one.
They put on a good set too. Everyone in there was high out of their minds so the whole night was a blur. Smoked up with strangers then wandered in in a daze and succumbed to an hour of catchy glacial riffage until I had to leave because I was gonna fall asleep. 10/10 good night.

I was 100% sober when i watched them playing live in 2012 and let me tell you:
I went home feeling high af. An awesome live act. I missed the chance to see them again this February due to exams. Fuck :/
