A lot of people like it. Depends on what you find enjoyable when stoned. If you just like to mellow into a repetitive groove then Sleep is for you. If you'd rather have something weird going on to surprise you every once in a while you might want to look elsewhere.

Judging by my experience, I feel that I'd rather have something weirder. Album didn't really do anything particularly special for me, although my dog hated the intro track.

This was pretty much my most anticipated album of 2018 and it did not disappoint. Not a bit. Heavy, fuzzy, spacey, monolithic and pretty much everything else we associate with Sleep. Matt Pike = Lord of the Stoner Riffs.
