After listening to the album a few times now, I would have to say that the best three songs are Catharsis, Screaming at the Sun, and Behind a Mask. Volatile, Beyond the Pale, Eulogy, and Heavy Lies the Crown are passable. I will probably never listen to the other 8 tracks again.

I predict the next album will still be like this, but more tempered with the sound they've developed over the previous 3 albums. I'm so glad they didn't stick Is There Anybody Out There on this. Can't imagine listening to that song then Bastards on the same album.
