Album Rating: 3.0 | Sound Off
Okay, just gave the whole thing another spin and this is what I've picked up on. I feel the same way now as I did in my review and I wouldn't change my rating for a start, even though I am feeling a little more positive. I've noticed that probably half the album contains some unnecessary production of some kind, particularly that run between "Beach Boys" and Happy Hour". Also, my thoughts on the second half: I think that "Get Right" is slightly better than "La Mancha Screw Job", but they are my least favourite songs on the album, as I find that they rely on overproduction and sound effects and have no real melody or idea. "QP Blitz" and "Sweet Mary" are my favourites from the second half, and "Any Friend of Diane's" was a nice, catchy way to end the album. Just clearing some stuff up about my review that may have gone unanswered.
