Gotta admit, I actually enjoy the songs whenever they're coming up on shuffle. Don't think I could sit through this album as a whole though.

They have nice catchy songs, and this record is really short so I think you can sit through this one. Only big problem I have with this record are the lyrics and 'Boomerang'

It's sad what happened to LTA. They started off a pretty cool hardcore band, then released Far Q which was watered down but still pretty cool. Then World Record came out which basically turned them into a rock band, but it was good rock. And then ever since that album, they've just been playing it far too safe.

I'm glad atleast them doing poppy music has made them more popular. Ofcourse I'd want another Far Q but that's just never gonna happen...

They will basically play this and their self titled, accompanied with maybe two songs from World Record. saw them live two times, and that's basically what they did every time. Enter Shikari will be really nice though

It seems the band is going to make the next record more rock, with more honest lyrics. I thought that especially the vague and generic lyrics let this record down. Excited for them to make a less 'mainstream' record.

Just realised no one on here reported that this band are disbanding after a final tour next month. I guess no one here really cared that much (I never even listened to this album, their last album was pretty dull asides from Here We Go which is a great road trip jam).

Why does this band have positive ratings for any of their albums? I thought the userbase was mostly 20+.

I'm 25 myself haha. I think their earlier stuff (Far Q and World Record) is pretty damn good, and the record they did after that was okay, then they started doing more Pop Rock stuff and I kind of lost interest.

Nah, they started out more like a straight up Hardcore band, then started moving towards Alternative Rock after the first album.

yeah Kurai is right, they were at least sorta respected in the uk rock scene early on in their career but the reception has not been good for their last few albums

their early ep is actually pretty heavy. going to see them on their farewell tour just for the nostalgia (and because my ex who i was still with at the time of buying the tickets wants to see them)
