Very true, he's a mad man here. Glad he used seven string guitars for this album. The acoustic stuff is the hidden gem in this record for sure.

George's delivery is always fairly one-dimensional so sticking to much shorter songs really helps keep his performances fresh without overstaying their welcome. Song lengths like this also really work for melodeath so this is a win-win.
