Not yet

I definitely recommend it, it's a bit more post-hardcore-ish than this
glad you're digging this album though

What's this, more traditional hardcore? Still shaky on what separates them
|
| |
I would consider this more hardcore based (especially with most of the album being fast-paced) but still maintaining a pretty solid post-hardcore sound, while their first album varies its pace more and changes things up from time to time
I'm not the greatest with labeling genres though, this is just what I hear and is based off other music I've heard in both genres

"and is based off other music I've heard in both genres"
That's how I usually do it.

The biggest difference is the production, this is much more organic and hard hitting

that melody in Las Arepas reminds me of a song off Gallows' Orchestra Of Wolves

@Demon this is Joliette without the bells and whistles, just going straight for the throat. I personally love it, but I think you know where my heart truly lies lol

agreed 100% Mars
they were fucking pissed off and angry around this time and it translates well, the time after Principia came out and they went touring was fucking rough and the mexican "scene" gave them a lot of shit no wonder they found their peers in european and american hardcore which is also evident in the sound
