the production is miserable on this, so even if you enjoy his endless shredding it's hard to get into. the drums, in particular, are just mechanized thwacka-thwacka-thwacka-bdrdrdrdrdrd-crash over and over and it's really grating.

Joking aside, this is a flat-out terrible album with even more terrible production. There's quality material on his first albums though when he was writing songs instead of trying to prove god knows what.
