Nice review. I am glad I have never had a panic attack. I actually have been on the other side of it, having had 2 girlfriends that had horrible anxiety disorders, and honestly, while it was probably way worse for them, it severely limited my quality of life as it was a serious Goddamn ordeal dealing with them. Like, unbelievable drama, all the time.

Anyway, half of this album is great the other half is pretty meh. Definitely not their best.

I don't think I've ever listened to an album so much after it's release, and I'm still not sick of it.

No way, this is so much stronger than Pedestrian Verse, and maybe even stronger than TWOMD.

I need some more time with it, but I really loved both Pedestrian Verse and TWOMD and I'm really liking but not loving this so far.

I don't think it's as good as Pedestrian Verse, but then again I can't really imagine many albums being as good as Pedestrian Verse.

The change in direction is pretty cool overall though. Especially with the Americana-y "Blood Under The Bridge".

I do wish the production was a little more developed, because songs like Break and Lump Street should feel all-consuming but instead sort of feel like watching a violent tornado from 200 feet away.

i dont see how the production is underdeveloped at all. Aaron is a great producer and this album sounds gorgeous. my only complaint about his work is that sometimes he puts the vocals a little too high in the mix.
