it's not that it's out of context, it's just pointless. of course it's nice when an artist puts work into their albums and we can hear that... i mean is that really worth saying?

yeah but my point in the rest of the intro is that IIOI took it a couple steps further. I was kind of hinting at the fact that sometimes artists put a lot of unnecessary work into a project and it actually ends up failing because of that.

I can see where gyro's coming from. a small edit could probably make the point you were trying to make more clear.
for example, you could write something like this:
It’s satisfying when an artist puts so much effort into a release, and it results in a sense of authenticity rather than pure self-indulgence. Too often musicians bite off more than they can chew, but this certainly isn't the case with the latest effort from Into It. Over It.
--idk that's just an example and it wouldn't have to be like that word for word, but something like that would probably make more sense with the point you're trying to convey. just my 2 cents
