Some live performances of this album, are on youtube. He is quite a funny guy actually, he interacts with the audience a lot.

So many good songs on this, I should make a playlist of my top 12 from here as a rival to 'Crazy on the Weekend'

1.Crazy

2. Black Blood

3. Spotlight for Sunshine

4. Stems

5. The Russian

6. Painted Glass

7. Raise a Vein

8. Open & Shut Case

9. Low Are the Punches

10. The Lost Choices

11. Bermondsey Stutter

12. I Dreamt of God

Would be a smoother listen

Nice choices Doof. I myself have taken to starting with Elaine's Place (i.e. skipping the Sunhouse era tracks) which cuts it to a more digestible 17 tracks.

I can't skip Crazy, it's the Beautiful Skeletons opener now, that's become ingrained

Spotlight has grown on me so much, has a Mark Kozelek/Sun Kil Moon feel

-

Yeah people are wankers ain't they. Fuck it though we are off to Ibiza next week. Off our necks, pull some slags it'll be a right laugh.

-

Put the guitar down soppy bollocks, fucking hell son you're a morose cunt.

-plays Bermondsey stutter-

I'm sorry mate. Is everything alright? Fucking look at me crying, soft as fuck.

Need to give this more attention, but Bermondsey Stutter is as good as anything on Crazy on the Weekend.

I could definitely understand someone thinking this is better than the Sunhouse album, I personally prefer 'COTW' but there is some incredible material on this
