Jamming Foals for the first time ever. Good shit, but "unbridled intensity" isn't the first thing that comes to mind.

like, youd have to be either

They rule and I don't care to go any further as discussion is redundant.

Haha I literally clicked on the review when it had one summary and when I got to the page it had another. I have no idea how true it is but the new summary seems more constructive, however the first one really caught my attention.

This is definitely their most intense release, but I even say in the review that it's only really noticeable in the first two songs. I reworded the summary so my points should make more sense with it.

"Also TLF > Antidotes"

Is there anyone on this planet who disagrees?

Because it actually offers something a bit different when you walk into HMV and are immediately bombarded by nonsense.
Because it actually is a variation on the twiddly twaddly horseshit that has passed as mainstream alt since 2000.
Because you can hear the soul poured in.
This is great.

Antidotes has so many bangers but TLF is more solid throughout, but they're both so damn good. So is this

A variation on twiddly twaddly bullshit is still twiddly twaddly bullshit, even if it doesn't feel or look the same as all the other twiddly twaddly bullshit out there [2]

Talons:

"It should ultimately leave more of an impact as a heavier Foals track than it ultimately does."

Awkward sentence. Might want to look at re-writing it. Using 'ultimately' twice makes it all the more confusing.

Aside from that; good review. This album is a grower.
