such a great album tbh. in fact, probably one of the best funeral doom albums ive ever heard. deserving of a 4.5 tbh.

These guys are so good, can't believe i'm barely hearing this. So glad they are evolving in this direction.

After more listening, I feel like they don't really meld the doom sections with the clean sections very well at all on this. Going from a very melodic clean section into fairly predictable "evil doom" riffs is kind of jarring, I think they would have been better off making the doom sections compliment the clean stuff better and follow similar melodies.
