After having this for a while and not being able to decide on a rating, I'd say it's more intense overall than Hate, but less interesting, not as varied and missing some of what made Hate and parts of The Adversary so good. Still a great album, just not their best.

I find Hate to be overly repetitive, most of the songs sound the same.
It's a good album though, I do like this band.
I think Holy War is a lot more catchy more memorable songs for sure.
