it wore off me a bit, but still some slammin tracks
I fucking hated the massively distorted guitar at the beginning of "Atom City Queen" but then the rest of the song grew on me and I can jam to it fine

Album is so tight. Vocalist reminds me vividly of someone else but I can't figure out who...

This is how you do a comeback album right here. Hopefully Hum's new material is on par with their old stuff as well

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNNNNN
Failure will still continue using the segue system. That's probably their music fingerprint.

The Focus is so goddamn catchy it riffs so hard.
|

^ The Focus doesnt riff hard, though? lol. But its a fine song.
Awesome reunion album overall, smooth and natural sounding. However, they overuse the segues here a bit, especially in the 2nd half.

This was a good tune up album to get back in the swing of things, because In The Future Your Body Will Be The Furthest Thing From Your Mind is pretty much on par with Fantastic Planet in terms of quality.

The lyrical phrasing here is so gorgeous. They flow symbiotically with everything else. Stunning comeback after 19 years in orbit.

This frickin slaps. AM Amnesia might be the best song I’ve heard by them. Either that or Stuck On You

A 3 seems harsh but I found myself wondering when this one was going to end. No worries though, plenty of excellent stuff in the rest of their discog.
The ending track is stellar, though
