The site needs to update for the new album, it's out, and I'm about to start listening to it. Fingers crossed, but I'm not confident it'll be that good. Also why didn't they put a solo in We are like they played in this clip (awesome btw) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVsDmybRbuo (skip to 4:40 for the song) makes the song so much better, makes it almost like their old sound.

Band rules live, to the extent where I'm tempted to watch a live from them but nowadays their studio work is not worth the time of day.

You can update the database yourself, that's the best part of Sputnik. Quite barebones as a database but very easy to update and simple to browse.
Indeed their live shows are pretty fun, saw them before the release of this album and I'm glad of that. The new one seems even worse from the singles

Yeah they're awesome live.
Got 2 songs left, and eh, most of it has just passed me by tbh. I'm really pissed of at how much autotune they've used on Taka's voice, he's kickass without it as it is so there's really no need. Also on a fair few of the tracks there's some weird distortion on the guitars that makes thing sound worse than they are. :/
Bombs Away is a cool track though, and it's miles better than 35xxxv, but that's not really that hard.
How do you update the database?
Also I'm listening to the Japanese version if anybody is interest, can't find the Western version yet, but I'm not that interested in it either tbh.

Japanese version will be far better anyway. Waiting for a 320 kbps leak.

Eh, I heard the only difference is some lyrics are Japanese as apposed to English, but musically it's still the same, and what language the song is sung in doesn't really bother me at all.
There's no hidden track at the end of the album :'(
I have 320 kbps leak I can pm you if you want?

"How do you update the database?"
Click the "add an album" button in the band's page, it's located below the "related music lists" zone on the left.
I see that Spotify has three listenable singles off the album, it'll be streamable there soon I imagine, like their other stuff

Look at the tracklists, Japenese album actually has some completely different songs.

I'll try the new album soon. Not much into any single so far, except the acoustic version of "Taking Off" which is pretty nice. They've got westernized so much...

It seems it was really intentional though. Something like "we want to make it real big while we are still relevant and maybe then we'll go back to our roots" if I read right

Yeah they've said in interviews that they're trying to break the American market, but honestly they just sound like any run of the mill American pop-rock band now, with too many songs built as radio/stadium rock songs. But the most egregious thing about Ambitions and 35 is all the autotune, it's actually dreadful

Can't wait for the new album so I can give it a 2.0.

The new album features 5 Seconds of Summer and Avril Lavigne? It feels so wrong.
