All I can think is...

CENTIPEDE! U WOT M8! GET REKT! QUICKSCOPE 420! HEADSHOT! OH MY GOD!

lol

These guys would be better if they actually just started making rekt videos instead of trying to be taken 'seriously'.

Just made a couple edits based off of Vheissu and Brostep's suggestions. Hope it reads a little better now.

I listened to the first two tracks just now, and I don't understand what's so bad about this.

The album is essentially just 56 minutes of the same generic template for brostep being repeated over and over again. Sure, there are okay moments, but it becomes unbearable by the end of the album.

I guess I don't know enough about the genre to really judge it.

What's a good starting point for this style?

If you want good brostep, I'd recommend Reso's album Tangram, Seven Lions' new EP Worlds Apart, and maybe Kill The Noise or early Skrillex. First two are definitely worth a shot, though.

God I miss Pendulum, and from the sounds of it I'm not missing much by refusing to check these guys

If you want good brostep, I'd recommend Reso's album Tangram,

I mean yeah, he makes hard-edged dubstep but don't insult Reso by calling him Brostep. In terms of percussion and sheer layering he's a million miles away from that

Cracking review, the vomit analogy alone made this well worth the read.

Best not to check this one out then?
