I love seeing negative reviews of critically acclaimed albums
often they're MUCH more interesting than simple reiteration of what's already been said
but this isn't interesting
nor is it very well argued

Fair enough, but do you think people would try throwing out insults to the writer or mass neg simply for this exact calibur of writing if it fell in line with their opinions? Of course not, do people hold it to a higher standard? I'd say yes. The hivemind makes me not want to ever review on this site.
