I enjoyed the first two albums these guys made. I was also 17 and 19 when they were released and stopped giving a shit a couple of years later.
Vol. 3 was okay at best and AHIG was really bad from what little I remember. I was expecting (and maybe hoping) that they would continue the trend of making progressively shittier albums. I probably won't listen to it again, but it's not that bad. It's probably on par with Vol. 3. It's a slightly more intense Stone Sour album, which isn't anything special, but as long as bands like Attila and Emmure exist, I won't feel compelled to waste much of my energy directing hate at Slipknot.
