Yeah I mean they hold some similarities, but it's more concise, there's way more vocals, and if that's you're favorite album, I doubt you'll feel like the atmospheres/build ups are as good. This definitely has its pros too though...I just don't want you coming into it with sky high expectations, usually a recipe for disappointment.

Yeah IrrationalAnimal, I loved their debut too (although I don't think I ever rated it). This is even more fleshed out and fully realized.

But I do have a love/hate relationship with the word "cathartic" though.

Pretty good song you linked at the bottom, although I don't get the intimate feeling I think I should get when listening to this. The electronics kind of give it a colder and more distant vibe.
