Well, there's really no reason not to be. And it's not like it's hard these days.

Plus Scandinavia is still on my list of places I definitely need to see, especially after two of my buddies told me about their Norway trips. Speaking of, are you actually a Swedish citizen or a PR? (I'm curious because I always presumed it's not too easy to get into Scandinavia permanently if you're not from the EU)

good question, first time someone here asked me that. I wasn't a citizen until last year after completing my time required living married with a citizen.

Sweet digs, dude. So you've got full EU citizen privileges, which is pretty cool shit. (which I think a lot of EU citizens actually don't realize) Did you have to fulfill any other standards?

yea some folks take their cititzenships for granted

and other than a few more boring forms, the main standard was to BEHAVE. besides paying the few bills

I do for being such a good handyman to cut out the other bills, I'd just have to stay away from

fights, cuz ppl usually come to me for being Wolfe.

Well yeah because a lot of Europeans don't think of themselves as Europeans or they think "being European" contradicts identifying with a national culture. (which I think is BS)

Idk, Swedes don't seem to be too inclined to have nonsensical fights. Apart from all those 50s style gangs, but from what I gather they only fight between themselves or other gangs of the same kind. (unfortunately forgot their name because I thought they were hilarious) In all actuality, how good is the booze you get in your state-operated liquor stores?

And, how is the coffee?

agreed

and yea swedes are chill folk but all kinds of people exist in all parts of the world and I end up

finding them. the wonders of traveling y'know.

the booze is great depending on which stores you get them, either the regular ones or the

systembolagets, and the content's taxed accordingly which i think is ridiculous.

and i'm not a huge coffee drinker so I can't say with sureness.

Idk, you don't seem like someone who randomly flies off the handle so I didn't expect you to attract trouble.

Nice, I haven't yet had the pleasure of trying more than some Glögg and Danish mead in terms of Scandinavian booze. There's supposedly also some really good beer in Scandinavia. (I know for sure about Denmark and Norway, not too familiar with the situation in Sweden)

Yeah, my buddy Daniel told me about these "coffee meetings" (fäki or something like that?) that Swedes apparently do on a relatively regular basis. And Scandinavians in general apparently drink more coffee per capita than any other people.

I don't think there's a lot of thugs in Sweden if even their inmates start baking cookies when their guards lose the keys and forget locking them up.

it's not really me that's brings the trouble it's everyone else with their insecurities and egos that

feel they're tough enough to stir trouble but those are stories for different times (spoiler: I win

them all). like i said there's all kinds of people everywhere you god, different cultures aside.

I'll change that supposedly for you into undoubtedly. you'll have a blast on your visit (bring lots of

money).

and you are right, "fika" is super popular. you practically hear the word thrown as verbs every day.

So basically you're like a total vigilante. That's gotta make for some good stories. Also, I wouldn't really expect anything different. Which reminds me, how are Swedish gyms?

I think Sweden just went up at least 5 places on my priority list of places to visit. Yeah, that's probably the worst thing about good booze in general, though. (especially for Germans, we're accustomed to dirt cheap beer)

That just adds another plus for me in terms of visiting.

The gyms are cool, but the way I've always seen it is: not what you can utilize, but how you can

utilize

think in 3 dimensions always
