For me, it's a big scoff towards the music listening mass.

Okay, I'm going to write a rap album review and interpret it as spoken word.

that's not going on here because this isn't as clear as that and obviously not everyone agrees that it's satire. you can't really compare those two things

Weird Al isn't satire. He is parody. Huuuuuge difference.

it's obviously not supposed to be good by the standards of any regular music listener

it's supposed to sound like shit

that's why they made it the way it is

By that argument, every bad album can be seen as a parody, that it is supposed to sound like crap

Again, being all around terrible because its supposed to be funny isn't an excuse. It's not hard to be satire and do a good job at it. What is this album making fun of exactly if it can't even match half the standards of its brothers?

Nope, satire is an umbrella term. No huge difference there, just less specific.

"Purposely making something sound like shit is funny in itself, but it hardly qualifies as "satire.""

It qualifies as immature and purposeless

all i'm saying now is that it doesn't matter as long as the review does a good job backing up his points.

But you can't laugh at this album, it's not hard to listen to "I Sent Concentration Camp Footage To AFV" and then laugh because of how ridiculous it is, but the musical content is "well made" enough that you can laugh at it's joke.

Here its just a few screeches and unorganized 8-bit... noise. There ins't a joke here, you're just sitting there like a moron expecting a punchline that never existed and never had a build up. This album fails as a joke and as a real album, if there was a review looking at this album as satire it would still be a negative one.

I don't see how can you "add points" to this

If you want to listen to something funny, go on and listen to some pop, if you want to listen to something hilarious go on and listen to Weird Al, if you want something full of critics to society, musical bussiness, etc, go on and listen to prog rock or something like that

This is just, crap, no excuses
