For me, I feel like this band has done a great job on this album. It's better produced, the screams are heavier, they don't sound like an Asking Alexandria ripoff anymore, the singing isn't auto tuned as hell anymore, and some songs off the album sound different from each other.
Here's the problem though, most people (especially on Sputnik) are going to do everything in their power to find fault in each release that Capture The Crown puts out. Why? Because they've given the first impression to people that they are a scene band. It's not your fault that people are too closed minded to let the past be the past, but let's just agree that they're entitled to act like idiots while we're entitled to like whatever the fuck we like.
And Betray, although I don't agree with your choices on the worst songs of 2014 (check out some of the mainstream songs for that lol), I agree that this album isn't good. It isn't bad either. In general, it's just an album to either listen to or not. That's the problem now! Everyone gets to state their opinion and people are going to care about it. The best thing we can all do is suck it up and move on with our lives. If you don't, then that's fine too!
