People really need to learn to let albums sink in.

Yeah, the guy that wrote this is not listening to that advice.

Listened a couple of times without giving a lot of attention and it didn't felt that good, except for The Eco-Terrorist. I'll revisit it when I'll be back from vacation.

First time I was like "this is okay, not as amazing as expected." It's a good album, the more I listen the better it's getting. Just don't expect it to top anything before ATR.

At first I had mixed feelings about this album but now I love it. It sounds like the Rise Against sound we all love but with a different approach. Surprisingly its better than Endgame (which was quite good in my opinion).

If I liked everything pre-The Sufferer and the Witness (including it) will I like this?

Ehh, it's decent. I like the blues-ish parts in a few of the songs, but it's a bit too bland for me. And this is coming from someone who thinks The Sufferer and the Witness is one of the genre's best albums. Appeal to Reason was pretty solid, too. This just ain't doing that much for me. It's not bad, certainly, but apart from a few songs it's entirely forgettable.

The first five songs minus the single rule, Zero Visibility and Bridges are great as well and People Live Here is amazing lyrically. The rest is very solid too. I guess I'm a fanboy

Halfway through this and I have to say it's pretty underwhelming.

3.1? Nooooooo, I was hoping they turned it around. I'll still check this out though

I guess I'll give this a day or two to "sink in" when in reality it probably won't even cross my mind.

2.5/3 for sure.

Sufferer is hands down my favourite, I dug Appeal but flat out hated Endgame and could barely finish it. Worth checking this out?

It is only worth it to form your own opinion, but if you hated endgame you're going to hate this even more

I liked Endgame but they just sound tired and out of ideas on this one.

P.S.: It has sunk in, and it didn't change my opinion. So there.

Pos'd. The amount of negs you're getting is ridiculous for a decent, well-written review.

I pos'd too. Decided on a 2.5, only The Eco-Terrorist In Me, Zero Visibility, and Bridges peaked my interest.
