Go ahead. I'll just start to have sporadic, involuntary twitches where I rate the top-ranked black metal albums of the year a 2.0

'first drake and now this. wtf tyrael'
I just really hate you
jk
but Drake should really stick to just producing

drake is so misunderstood it's hilarious
i really don't get the lana hate. nick made a great point in his review of paradise when he said there is no middle-ground in the mainstream, it's either brilliant or awful. i could understand someone not being crazy about lana, but to say she sucks is just ridiculous to me. she's doing a lot more musically than most pop stars are atm, despite how 'vapid' the lyrics are. i don't really need to be super intellectually stimulated listening to pop music

Lana is one of the very few artists in the mainstream I find interesting

Matthew, I do not hate Lana Del Ray
Hell, I regularly jam Paradise because I like the way the songs are structured and I'm willing to forgive her questionable lyricism in that regard because the album is still enjoyable. Sadly, I cannot say the same about Ultraviolence. The album just doesn't do all that much for me currently. I'm willing to give it another go but this is how I feel right now.
