The comment or list was something along the lines of “best rock of the 2010s”
Definitely has my vote. Unstable is so beautiful

Yoooooo what?!
I was about to wonder aloud, asking where the hell this album has been in the last 9 years, but see I made a poorly-worded comment about it on the first page here 9 years ago.
Evidently I don't remember shit. This has faded from memory so totally that it's like I'm discovering it for the first time. Maybe because it shows in Spotify as a compilation and not LP, and so I got used to clicking on Vital by default. This is sooo good, and I'm no longer hitting up Vital when I want some comfort-food-music.
Argh hearing these hooks makes me feel like I'm 20 again.

Nomos I had the same reaction when I rediscovered this. I think I conflated it with the remix album and so always skipped over it.

I've mostly slept on this one, even though this is one of my favorite bands, but I don't really get the hype over Vital 🫤 I see why several of the new songs didn't make the cut. They kinda drag down the front half of the album.
Said Too Much, ISJW, and Safe Here are really good though, particularly Said Too Much.

---Man how was Dead American a b-side---
Honestly this album should have been how the original Vital was released. 18 songs isn't that long by today's standards, and in 2012 it would have made for a killer double LP.
