Ultra needed bump

This is one of those albums that's actually recognized by the mainstream media as essential in the development of prog yet it isn't that popular in Sputnik

(weird when there's a change of roles like that)

PFM is my favorite Italian prog band, and it is in my top 5 or top 6 prog band overall, or near from there.

Hugely overlooked album. Definitely awesome and better than a lot of the more well known 70's prog-rock.

Yeah I know, I love both. I really enjoy TWBtW, unlike Photos of Ghosts. But you know I'll always go for the italian versions in this case; it is what makes of PFM such a cool band

Stati di Immaginazione might be my favorite album by these guys though, even if it doesn't sound italian at all

It seems I tend to prefer the English versions even if I agree with you, Italian versions are generally more felt and have often more soul. I've rated TWBTW at a 4.5/5 and L'Isola Di Niente a 4. Maybe I have to revisit the latter though.

As for Stati, you're right, album sounds like any great american- or British why not- jazz fusion band out there.
