yeah, that'd be pretty hard to figure out. where you got it from, I mean.
Forgot another classic Queen song, We Will Rock You, that's famous its not even funny, I used to think that was just a made up cheer.

As did I. Also when I was little I thought "kickin your can all over the place" was "kickin your cat all over the place"

"No animals were harmed in the writing of this song..." I bet you if someone wrote those lyrics now the Humane society would get upset.
BLOOD ON YOUR FACE! YOU BIG DISGRACE!

Ok, I really haven't sat up taken much notice on this EMO culture, so could someone please tell me if i'm right? Is emo a form of poppy, gothic punk for 14 year olds who think that the world hates them and that they listen to watered-down punk and wear goth make-up to be rebellious? am I getting close? where do skater punks come into this? I've been caught up listening to decent music.

I'm pretty sure you got the Detroit bit from Detroit Rock City. Also, I'm sure neither Rush nor Queen never once used anything to improve their sound in the studio, particularly because they are Rush and Queen.

Ohhhh orright, I have not much of a clue about this type of punk at all.

Queen has too much electronicy added stuff in it.
Queen actually never used synths or sequencers or anything like that. All the weird sounds they got were just inventive ways of playing Freddie's grand piano and Brian's guitar.
They also used very dense production with harmonies and counterpoint, but that was the extent of it.

People seriously need to stop gaying up my review with comments on how they lie and how their music sucks. If you don't like it, just ignore the review and read one which interests you. You aren't proving anything other than that you can hide behind the Internet to make you look cool by saying "lol gerard gay!! hes a f4g n mcr suck lolz".
Take it to the forums if you really do need to discuss that, but leave it out of this review community.

This was a very good DVD. It made me understand and like the band even more. They should have had their two other music videos from their first album on there though. That was disapointing for me. I like the Desert Song even though it's a very emo. Overall I liked it very much.

This is BY FAR my favorite by them!! The desert song was so calming where as bury me in black was fast tempo and just amazing.

Desert Song is an awesome song. Hopefully their new CD sounds more like that.

"Bury Me in Black" is pretty awesome too.

This is a sweet purchase for only 20 bucks. The DVD is entertaining as hell and their live DVD is great stuff as well.

i don't like the band much. one of the first commenteers nailed it, they get old... FAST. that couldn't be more true, but i will agree, this review was so well written (In my opinion at least) that for more than a fraction of a second it actually got me considering "i want to buy this."
I dunno what it is about this band that is blah, but yet they don't suck... fully, but i just can't get to liking them. i never got the concept of emo and think it's the dumbest phrase high school kids toss around, as is "non conformism" and "punk rock."
well i've given my two cents
