When I Lost My Bet is fantastic...also the Best Buy edition was actually worth getting. One of Us is the Killer (Easy Girl remix) is AMAZING.

This is so much better than I'd expected (not that I expected it to be less than great or anything). Can't really point out tracks yet, as I was riding home (lol - on my bike, that is) while listening to the entire thing

It's Dillinger, so it's great; but it's an old dog doing old tricks (well). I'm not really hearing them bring a lot of new stuff to the table. If anything, this works well as a transition record from Miss Machine to Ire Works.

album slays so damn hard. jane doe popped into my head on quite a few moments. Its like theyve drawn influences from other well known acts and cranked up the mathematics as a way of homologyzing the mixbag of elements

album isnt as good as CI, MM or OP. But those albums are phenomenal anyway.

i think you are inside out man, this trumped all of those. I agree though, CI MM & OP are all fantastic

Definitely agree with the summary. They keep pushing the line farther and farther past the extreme.

it is, and for good reason

personally i prefer the direction they went in when greg joined, but these guys are pretty much unrankable for me (this is last though by a long shot)

Agreed. This album is a hit or miss though.. The softer songs kind of suck on this one. Mouth of Ghosts was awesome on Ire Works and I wouldn't mind more of that.

yeah thats my problem too, on their previous albums the softer songs were some of my favs (phone home, mouth of ghosts, dead as history, widower) but here they dont sound nearly as inspired
