Great! Welcome new Diru rating bump too, eh?

Yep, minus the solo on Bottom of the Death Valley being underdeveloped, the high vox break on the t/t and the opening vocal line on Kasumi this is pretty much perfect for me. Can't get enough of it, and this band in general tbh.

My version has Undecided, Zan, Obscure and Tsumi to Kisei as bonus tracks.

Ah so the European pressing. I think Undecided and Zan remakes are really good but the Obscure and Tsumi ones meh. Neither of the remakes can touch the ones on here though.

Obscure remake is just alright but Tsumi to Kisei is pretty rad in my book. I agree that the seven main tracks are all better though.

The new rendition of Macabre outmatches the original version in practically so many ways. Even if the remake is overall longer, it has what the original song lacked: personality and the ability to hold one's interest. I'm not mincing my damn words here when I say that the Unraveling reimagining should've been the old track from the very start. Granted, that was all back in 2000, but still, man...

Speaking of this EP, Tue Madsen did such a nice job with the production.

Bottom of Death Valley is the best remake on here. Toshiya's changes are awesome.

Got this old shirt that I cut up to hang on the wall and I think I'm going to make it a back patch for my denim jacket

It's a pretty sweet jacket but I'm in FL so I can only wear it a few months out of the year sigh

It lost a little appeal after loads of listens. It is just a few updated songs and a shitty single after all. Haha really don't like the t/t. Fortunately, the remakes are amazing.

For me it was the complete opposite, started as a 3.5 and now my 2nd fav Diru. Hell I even love the t/t now, the last 1.5 minutes are mindblowing.

Keep bragging why don't you!!!

I swear, this band has a song for every mood. And often several moods in one song.

Both the original and remake versions of Kasumi rock my socks off, even if they aren't that different from one another. For me, that was one of the strongest tracks off Vulgar.

GAH KYUBEY GTFO YOU BASTARD

Kasumi is great, but let's not forget Amber.

Sometimes I feel as if I change AVs faster than most people 'round these parts. By the by, I recently finished Puella Magi: the hype surrounding that anime is ridiculous, though it's still pretty good IMO.

Getting back on track here, we mustn't forget about Drain Away, either.
