i can definitely see the hipster descriptor. it's not your typical bm or hardcore record and appeals to a lot of people that aren't traditionally into either genre. obviously i dont agree with it. alach, penultimate means near-ultimate. use ultimate in a sentence, then pretend like the thing you are describing is not quite the ultimate thing you thought it was. BOOM PENULTIMATE. i'll forgive u though b/c of your obv problem being a shitty user.
