Red actually have some great songs such as 'Mystery of you', 'Already over', 'Start again', 'Never be the same', 'Pieces' etc. Such a shame this album is rubbish

is this the first Red album that doesn't have the color red anywhere on the cover?

been jamming this pretty hard

I just pretend it's an EP that starts with Glass House and ends with As You Go

actually the song before Glass House was pretty solid though

and meh uwhf was pretty inconsistent EoS imo had some weak cuts as well

I'm more convinced that this band is incapable of writing a complete album, and that I&I was just a fluke

Forgoing usual producer Rob Graves for Howard Benson, consistent Nashville rockers RED take a step back on 4th LP 'Release The Panic'. While Michael Barnes' vocals again shine, the album lacks a genuine standout & suffers for the lack of the band's trademark string arrangements. The radio-ready latter half may not deliver any unique surprises, but it far outshines the scattershot 1st 5 tunes - which trade in dated nu-metal, generic post-grunge & some awkward industrial experimentation. While the LP is still solid, it's difficult not to feel that RED are capable of much better. Recommended Tracks: If We Only, So Far Away, Glass House & Perfect Life.

I though Die For You was the best on the album, rest of it was a bit iffy

Howard Benson is a parasite. Hes screwed up literally tens of bands by now and made them radio rock pawns. Except P.O.D, his production on that new album was great. But not this. Or anything else.

Painfully forgettable effort maybe except of Love Will Leave A Mark.

I don't intend to listen to the whole thing because I don't want to be disappointed.

The album falls short but still it's Michael Barnes’ best vocal performance.

Hahaha you have no room to make judgements or reviews on a band. Especially when this album won best rock album of the year! Eat dirt!
