hahah holy shit this review is horrible hahaha

Well, everybody who is angry with this review also seems to be angry with this album, so it's not exactly clear which thing is so bad. Putting aside opinions about the album, I will say that the reviewer managed to capture the themes of the songs. Also, I admire the reviewer's genuine enthusiasm for deathcore. The whole thing reads like an exhortation from a friend to basically "check out this album, it kicks ass".

You guys have a knack for rending the souls of would-be reviewers. You could have written an objective analysis of the reviewer's grammar and given corrections. Instead, you're using the comment section as a sounding board for your opinions about deathcore, its fans, and those feelings of illusory superiority so native to the internet.

Also, one other thing: Mitch said

"We wrote 'The Cleansing' [2007] and recorded it live in two weeks."

He probably means that they recorded a demo within two weeks of writing the album. But now we can see where the reviewer might have gotten the idea.

Somehow this album has a few fun tracks if it feels like it.
The dumber this band's music was, the more tolerable it was.
