Still don't see how people could have hated old Passion Pit but love this. Manners' poppy songs are far more hooky

than a lot of what's on here. Granted this is the more consistent album and if people had an issue with the dude's singing

then this will be a breath of fresh air.

i completely agree, i thought manners was much more fun, this is a little more on the serious side for PP.

Songs like sleepyhead and the reeling were way catchy.



I still really like this album, but its surprising people are saying they like this more than manners.

Pawpnbawtlez: thank you! I like them both just the same I think, but songs like "The Reeling," "To Kingdom Come," and "Sleepyhead" are far and away more immediate and infectious than a lot of what's on here. This has a more focused pop-oriented style, but it's still very lovable. I'm very high on this right now though.
