I had rated this a 4.5 years ago. I just revisited Karnivool's discography after quite some time (yes, a mere 3 LPs lol, I know) and for some reason this hasn't seemed to age very well for some reason. I don't know what it is, I can't quite put my finger on it. The production is top notch on this album, "Sound Awake" remains a very well produced record. However I'm still debating on wether to change it to a 4.0, if I could I would change to a 4.2 right now.
