I'm a huge Neil Peart fan. I would love to be half as good as him. If I do, my life is complete. BLUE, hit me up with some bands then and I'll see if I like them. Mc Xander didn't sound half bad either Trannic. Kinda reggae mixed with dubstep. Unique.

if you want a super decent band that may fit your taste?
Fightstar
if you say that they suck ill rip your head off

drumming on spectres de mouse, by mouse on the keys, is also phenomenal.

Good, aspire to become as good as toe. Hopefully it'll take your mind off Nickelback.

Zehan probably loves the Rock station on Music Choice if he has IO cable. All they do is play the most generic bands on that channel. I dont get it. Like theres no other rock/hard rock today than generic radio shit. Yet they play great stuff on the Retro (80s/90s) and Classic (60s/70s) Rock channels. The Alternative, Classic Alternative, and Metal channels are cool too. Big ups to Music Choice.

Fightstar sounds really cool. I'll have to look into them more. and BLUE, I'm shocked these drummers find a way to make what their playing fit into music and make it sound good.

I don't have IO cable. and aren't TDWP, Haste the day, and Demon Hunter christian metalcore (or at least the first two). btw I can and will listen to non-christian too.

yeah, Zehan, this is what you'll find when you delve into the more underground scene. these guys are talented, and they don't need fame or money to help drive their musical ambitions. only passion. you'll find a lot of this in post-rock, which is what drove me to admire the genre so much. when you have the time, look into post-rock. since it's instrumentally driven, the instrumentals are generally much better than what you'd find in a vocally driven band.

It all sounds cool, I'll look into it. I don't think I'll ever hate what I listen to now though.

Whatever, I can like both. I'm just assuming I'll like it. I respect technicality but I hope I can still get into it.
