Deathgaze? Well, Sybreed already does "Deathwave". Be that as it may, this is probably the best fucking tech death album I've ever heard, even better than The Aura. I'm literally gonna ejaculate when their next album comes out.

Calling the leads "pretentious" is pretentious. There is no such thing as objectively "pretentious."
It's got to be one of the most highly subjective words out there.
I'd say a bigger problem is that the drum production is absolutely dead and flat. The kick sounds
terrible. Its one of those typical death metal production flaws the industry has been moving away
from, I guess their producer didn't get the memo. Toms are too low in the mix and don't ring enough;
the bassist is way too low in the mix too. Snare sounds good at least.
The whole album sounds like it was recorded 10 years ago. I'm sure its just because they have a low
budget. The music itself is compelling, and this is a good album regardless
