This is going to sound fanboyish but..
I really like the vocal work on this album. The instruments are very well played and put together. And the folk elements are blended in nicely so everything seems well balanced. Which is why this gets a 5 for me.

This album is pure nastification. I could listen to this album through and through, over and over again. Definitely one of my all time favorites.

The drums are sick. The shredding is awesome. The vocals are really fitting for the sound. The keyboards add a nice touch and the songwriting is really solid. Seriously, what's not to like?!

I'm used to someone not liking my bands. Thats not the issue. I just happen to think this album deserves all the credit it gets and is not overrated. I think Thor's post said it pretty well.

Jari can take all the time he wants because he was really good in older Ensiferum (from the few older songs I heard last night) and than hit his stride with this album. Even though I expect great things from Time, it will still possibly be one of the better releases of 2008!
