To each his own. And to be completely clear Reaching Home is not one of the best tracks on here imo. It's definitely their most mainstream cut though. It's easy to say why it's gotten picked out as a single.

Good point Jethro. I totally agree. Seriously though, if the track was shorter and didn't overuse the main riff, it'd be much better.

Haha =P My ear is quite new to the album still. My opinion shall be more mature in time.

Your opinion is valid. I can see why some people like this track so much as well as I can see why the others despise it. It's not a good representative of the whole album. That's for sure.

"I like this album but I felt it was just too long to give it higher than a 3, I might change my rating later on."

its 56 minutes... i dont know why thats an issue.

Nah. He's got the point. 56 minutes is longish for this kind of music. I feel 45-50 is maximum when it comes to math rock. Some songs definitely should've been trimmed here.

^^ Congrats on the Front Page expo

Consonant Hemispheres and Burning The Midnight Oil could have been great "outro" numbers if I may put it that way. Almost similar to Messengers and To Erase a Lifetime.

Thx. Consonant Hemispheres would be an awesome outro track indeed. Proabably my favorite song on here. It's so compact in comparison to other cuts on the album.

I Just heard this one and is great for the first listen, but I need more times for my final ranking.

After many listens - still a 3 for me. Album just isn't as groovy as I thought it would be. Now vocalist is kind of weak.

Weird. I think this album's very groovy, just not very technical. But, to each his own.

At first I thought Kalsbeek >>> Dejongh, but the truth is the opposite.

Jethro speaks the truth. The album isn't immediate for sure. It requires a couple of spins to really grab you.
