well yeah I can see it from that point of view, no1 can really say whats good and have everyone agree cos even if its like Revolver by the beatles someone'll always say they think its crap despite a large majority thinking "holy shit this is a good record" take me for instance Vulgar Display of power by Pantera is hailed as awesome by evereyone else and i go and give it a 2.5/5 lol so i can see whenre everyone's coming from when they disagree with my rating

People are just so desparate to be above everyone else and reduce themselves to childish wailings when people go against them, of course not everyone is like that (thankfully).

It's called an opinion. Perhaps you've heard of it, unless you're a commie.
Music isn't just something that's handed down from some godlike figure to us mere mortals for us to blindly adore and worship. It's created by people much like you and me...it's very easy for me to say 'I really don't like Nickleback', because I can back that opinion up. It's easy for me to say 'Chad writes terrible lyrics and emotes like a dying mammoth', because I can cite people that write way better lyrics, and understand the concepts of restraint and dynamics.
Understand, I don't care that you're a Nickleback fan, that's up to you. I'm not trying to tell you they're crap. But don't try and stop me from dying a little more inside whenever I hear one of their songs.
Welcome to the world, guys. People are going to disagree with you. Some might even do so with correct spelling and grammar.
But don't hold your breath.

...anyways. the subject of nickelback. they get old VERY fast....and their music isnt that interesting--its reused material thats mixed up a bit to sound like a new song.... I liked nickelback when i was 13ish years old....i didnt know any better....sorry self!
