An interesting step up from their debut, 'Stormblast' favours more symphonic material yet keeps the band's sound firmly within early 90's black metal territory. A few songs here can get tiresome from being too long, but 'Sorgens Kammer' and 'Broderskapets Ring' are examples of how far this band can get in terms of originality. One could see in 1996 the direction DB were going in from here,that's for sure.
