Haven't heard the original, Bowie's has some of his best vocals for sure though

jealous. someone on here linked a setlist from the MCG or something in '77 or '78 and it was insane.

I wouldn't know where to start. I'd be greedy and go to a Ziggy era show, Thin White Duke show and then maybe that MCG gig in 77/78. and maybe one of the 80s stadium tours too just for the hell of it.

also Bjork's Vespertine tour and Coltrane in the early 60s. and maybe the Dylan gig with the whole Judas thing. they need to hurry up and invent these things

I'd probably go straight to either The Beatles or early Led Zeppelin, I'm not really sure. First things first though I'd have to go to a punk show and I really couldn't decide between early ramones or any era of the Clash...

man, so good.

cos you can never really tell when somebody wants something you want tooooo

it's a weird album. combination of a fair bit of different stuff and nothing else sounds quite like it that I've come across. Young Americans plays Philly soul pretty straight. this is much more odd
