this is still frenetically engulfing, enlightening, endearing and other hyperbolic terms.

okay i was kind of harsh earlier but if my friend called me and was like 'hey man i wrote some songs' and played this for me i'd be like 'damn this is awesome you're on to something!' but as a complete package i'm finding it pretty weak. like there are a bunch of good things happening here but they aren't coming together to make one big good thing
