What is that, Tornado?

In other news, this has not even come close to wearing off for me. Still hits me in the gut every goddamn time. I stand by Mental Caverns Without Sunshine / A Relationship With The Sublime / Mental Caverns Without Sunshine as the best run of tracks on the album. It's so, so gorgeous and devastating.

It's a soundtrack Leyland Kirby did to an independent film called Patience (After Sebald). It's going to be released under The Caretaker, so I'm sure it's going to be more haunted bliss. Says it's suppose to be released by the end of the year.

"The Caretaker is essentially trying to sell you a pig dressed in fine linen."

Even pigs are useful for more than one thing, and for it to be dressed in fine linen only goes to show the seller cared that much more.

Any who, really liking this here little album.

"where do i start with this guy?"

This is a nice starting place. It's easily his most mellow from start to finish. Persistent Repetition of Phrases is also a good choice. It's set in loops and is a nice mixture of his early darker side and the dreamy ballroom haunt he's known for these days.

The atmosphere of this reminds me of Bioshock
