it's way too long and the production sucks but I like most other things about this

If they had omitted The Imploding Voice, 3 or 4 minutes of Glass, and Blue Skies Bring Tears, this might be a 4

Yeah it is way too long and the Imploding Voice kinda sucks

This and Adore could've easily lived up to the rest if they'd omitted some songs from both imo

This has the most wonderful shoegazey vibe

Adore is a hard 4 imo, there's only 2 or 3 fillers on there

Quality on this also really drops off also after This Time, but With Every Light and Age Of Innocence rule so it's ok

I've only heard this once, need to relisten hard.

I remember the sequel being a hunk o' shit though.

hahaha never heard an album referred to as a sequel before

It is slightly less good than this, I think I have it either 2.5'd or 3'd

Honestly I've liked everything on this except Imploding Voice and This Time

Adore is fantastic bar Daphne Descends and Pug, every song from Dusty and Pistol Pete onwards there is so so good

Yeah fucking great band all in all

Adore is a hard grower, I prob should listen to it some more.

The first 2 records will prob remain my faves. I should also listen more to Mellon Collie and see if my opinion of disc 2 changes.

This Time's just a bit too repetitive, its simply verse-chorus x4

Still alright but I could do without it

Wtf does "eat drywall" mean lol

It has a sweet atmosphere though

And Machina II is already like less than half as good as this

"Also dannyboy dude Disc 2 has all the best songs man"

people usually say disc 2 is worse but that's only because disc 1 is more straightforward and it has Porcelina

The middle third is def the weakest part of the album.
