"canada just has a shit ton of legendary prog bands"

Rush, Harmonium, Octobre, Maneige are the only ones I can think of off hand. Which others were you referring to?

Even though Rush is pretty much GOAT I'd still give it to you guys. I mean Floyd, Yes, Camel, Crimson, Gentle Giant, Comus, pretty much every band that isn't the 4 mentioned above

Here's some more prog bands from Canada (more obscure for some). Sloche, Miriodor, Beau Dommage, Morse Code, Cano, Karkwa...

It makes a long time I havent heard their live album. I personally like the live versions. The lack of the orchestra is a good thing to me. It allows them to jam the songs with freedom.

I've seen on Fiori's page that there is another live album. I think it's during the Fiori-Séguin album. I'll try to find it again.

If they didnt go more far than L'Heptade, it's apparently because Serge Fiori thought the band couldnt do any better than what they did with L'Heptade. It's like if they said everything. Everything has been said with this album.

Yes, Harmonium didn’t want to be the product of anyone but themselves.

You are very well informed btw.

This band rules hard, synth work here is insane, might be the best canadian album that I've heard, but then, there's Hemispheres
