"Every element of this is snatched from other groups."

That's all radiohead has ever done, Do you think that Kid A's sound was anything new? It was heavily influenced by Autechre, Aphex Twin, Can, and Charles Mingus. What Radiohead did was take all those intellectual forms of music and mold them into 5 minute easily digestible pop songs. They haven't stopped doing it, and they do it extraordinarily well. They are a gateway band in ever sense of the word.

While not nearly the same quality as Kid A, or OK Computer, I believe their art is still in top-form here. but, hey, that's where we disagree.

"His trademark whine intrudes regularly, with lyrics that fail on every conceivable level."

-This made me laugh out loud literally. I agree with a lot of what you said regarding the band as a whole and the reaction to the album. But not so much with your analysis of the musical content. Which is fine really. I'm a big fanboy, but this is also a well written review/opinion from a different persepctive, which is always refreshing.

Good work and happy listening.

just because it isn't the same kind of emotional roller coaster as ok computer / kid a doesn't mean it isn't brilliant, but still, well-written (pos'd)

faux-esoteric mumblings

Yorke’s glitchy mumble ruminate on an array of esoteric topics.

well I really felt strange being of the few here to think that this is actually not that good...

I mean at the first day we had so many high ratings that made me listen to the album so carefully.Kinda agree with the whole review man
