Hyperion is correct. For All Slaves... A Song of False Hope is pretty rad as is An Epiphanic Vomiting Of Blood. Newest one Per Flagellum Sanquemque Tenebras Veneramus is solid too.

One of the best songs he's ever done. Cleaner and more melodic but still grimmer and more atmospheric than a 18th century graveyard slowly falling apart. Holy shit this murders my soul.
