chorus to follow us is absolutely terrible

everything else on the record rules, the singles are still my favorite tracks though, along with Daddy Fat Sax. one of the best of the year

out of every track on here, shine blockas strikes me as the only "normal" song. i mean there's really nothing special about it tbh. its the only one i skip

No bad tracks??

Be Still with Jannelle Monae is absolutely horrid (for me) And I don't dig her solo stuff either. I could barely get through the first listen. Also could live without the one with Jamie Foxx.

Rest is good so far.

@ Javi

While I like that song, I hate that hook. Reminds me of all the other stupid catchy hooks the braindead girls fall for..

shake it like a Polaroid picture...ughhh hate pop culture.

My point is that I was able to come to that realization because I came to this one:

Sir Lucious Left Foot is a smart album for stupid people.

haha, amazing, i laughed a lot

It reminded me a lot more of "Shake it like a saltshaker". What was that song?

And: "Be Still with Jannelle Monae is absolutely horrid (for me) And I don't dig her solo stuff either." I think it's pretty obvious why you didn't like that song.

Who said anything about being "deep" ??? Give me a break

I just don't like silly hooks, like those ones.. And Outkast aren't the only one's who write them. Not to mention I very much enjoy Outkast, besides the odd couple of songs.

@ TMobotron - It is obvious why I don't like that song. I dislike the Jannelle Monae part, as well as finding the song to be boring, especially compared to the rest of the album.

The most annoying thing about this review, is you're calling people who don't know the technicalities of music stupid.

but the thing is im really not its just a writing device meant to get your attention then i spend the next 800 words qualifying that statement to ensure that people shouldn't think that

eleventhsun- I figured you made the connection. But you were questioning the claim that there were no bad tracks, and backing it by referencing the track with Janelle.

You do clarify with "(for me)" that you realize everyone else might like it, and considering most of the users who've listened to Janelle like her a lot, they probably do.

But then saying there's no bad tracks becomes a pretty valid statement.
